SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We ensure safe and timely delivery of your Ghee products.
1. Shipping Time
- Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Shipping is done through trusted courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery depends on:
- Your location
- Courier service availability
- Weather or unforeseen delays
Estimated delivery:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 days
- Non-Metro Areas: 7–15 days
3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Live tracking link
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges may apply based on weight, distance, or offers.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions.
5. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if:
- Customer provides the wrong address
- Courier fails to deliver due to an incomplete or unreachable address
Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If the product arrives damaged:
- Report within 24 hours
- Provide unboxing video and photos
- We will arrange a refund or replacement
7. No COD
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders require prepaid payment.

7(A). Cash on Delivery (COD) Available
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for eligible pin codes across India.
Customers can choose COD at checkout if their location supports the service.
Note: In some remote areas, COD may not be available due to courier limitations.
