🍳 How to Make Gajar ka Halwa with Pure Ghee

Step 1: Wash & Grate Carrots

Make sure to use fresh red carrots. Wash and grate them finely for better texture.

Step 2: Slow-Cook the Carrots in Milk

Add grated carrots and milk to a big pan.
Cook on medium flame until the milk reduces completely.

Step 3: Add Pure Ghee

Once the milk dries, add 4–5 tablespoons of pure desi ghee.
