Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect. Unboxing video is required.

4. What is your refund timeline?

3–7 business days after approval, processed via the original payment method.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. At the moment, we accept prepaid orders only for smooth and secure processing.
