- 1 litre full-fat milk
- 4β5 tablespoons pure desi ghee
- Β½ to ΒΎ cup sugar (as per taste)

- 8β10 chopped cashews
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- Β½ teaspoon cardamom powder
π³ How to Make Gajar ka Halwa with Pure Ghee
Step 1: Wash & Grate Carrots
Make sure to use fresh red carrots. Wash and grate them finely for better texture.
Step 2: Slow-Cook the Carrots in Milk
Add grated carrots and milk to a big pan.
Cook on medium flame until the milk reduces completely.
Step 3: Add Pure Ghee
Once the milk dries, add 4β5 tablespoons of pure desi ghee.
This gives the halwa its signature shine and aroma.
Step 4: Add Sugar & Cardamom
Add sugar as per your preference.
Stir well until it melts and blends with the halwa.
Sprinkle cardamom powder for fragrance.
Step 5: Add Dry Fruits
Add chopped almonds, cashews, and raisins.
Cook for 5β7 minutes until everything mixes well.
